2021 Inperson Class Times

Mondays and Thursdays 7:15-8:15pm

Experience a slow mindful yoga class to bring greater strength and ease in your body and calm in your mind.

Stretching and strengthening your whole body through breath infused movement in a safe, accessible way. Variations will be provided throughout the practice to allow you to find ease in you body. Suitable for all levels of experience.

What to expect in a Vida Yoga class?

Aqua-Lotus-Vida Yoga

Centering:

Beginning each class preparing the mind and the body with simple breathing and centering exercises and gentle movements.

Aqua-Lotus-Vida Yoga

Slow Flow:

Moving onto the more dynamic part of the practice where we enjoy a variety of poses and flowing movements.

Aqua-Lotus-Vida Yoga

Relaxation:

Finishing with a brief relaxation to absorb the benefits of the physical practice.

Taught by Kristy Manuel, an IYTA (International Yoga Teachers Association) qualified yoga teacher taking care to ensure your wellbeing and safety. As of 2021 full term fees are payable upfront before the start of term as places are limited due to Covid restrictions. No credit, transfer or refund for missed classes, unless classes are cancelled. Classes may be made up by attending other yoga classes within the same term.
