35 x 1 hour classes
35 x 30 minute classes
13 x 'Short & Sweet' 5-20 minute classes
10 x 45 minute classes with extra relaxations, meditations and breathing practices

Access to recorded 6 x Q & A  talks with practical lifestyle tools based on Ayurvedic wisdom (60 minutes each).

What does a Vida Yoga class look like?

Centering

Beginning each class preparing the mind and the body with simple breathing and centering exercises and gentle movements.

Slow Flow

Moving onto the more dynamic part of the practice where we enjoy a variety of poses and flowing movements.

Relaxation

Finishing with a brief relaxation to absorb the benefits of the physical practice.
